Proloque:

The above title is a tongue-in-cheek attempt to gain your attention to the following information, because we all know that weather balloons do not suddenly zip out of the sky and crash at high velocity in New Mexico deserts. This information is offered free, to the public, and once accepted will likely change many of our current propulsion technologies. All information here, other than this text, is offered by the original inventor to anyone who is willing to review, study, and perhaps even build the device discribed within Tom's text. The idea is to feed the public with the idea that we can improve our lives by using such technologies, and without being barred from similar secrets. It is assumed that the Governments of the world may have already developed this technology, but it is in the public's hands now, and offered free here. This was not stolen from any secret project, but the concept is directly related to Alien Encounters, and should be concidered Alien Technology. It is hoped that the devise design and concept will be used for peaceful purposes, as it was likely designed by Alien Intelligences eons ago. Although new to us, it is obvious that this technology can help excel the advancement of man-kind by many, many fold in evolutionary developement. Below you will find Tom's description of the device and the events that lead to this discovery. It is followed by several pictures that will help the reader decide whether or not the invention is worth their time ... we hope so ...

Introduction

Dear Reader:

I am unsure about how to go about presenting myself. I realize that every UFO encounter is unique unto itself. In that each presents its own scenario intertwined within its own circumstances. Meaning that no two are exactly alike. Some incidents are both complicated and vividly remembered, continuing through the full spectrum to those that are brief and only fragmentarily recalled. To my dismay, my singular personal encounter falls into that latter category. Mine was brief, lasting only an instant, and is very fragmentarily recalled. Please note: This incident would not have been recalled at all had I not tried to analyze a prolonged series of rather unusual "coincidences" that have occurred during the many intervening years since. I am now a retiree, this incident occurred when I was 11 or 12 years old. Furthermore, I mentally filed this episode under being called a "bold liar" by my parents rather then as a UFO related incident. Here’s why. A group of my friends and myself had dugout what we called our "fort" about a mile away from our houses. It was simply a trench about 12-15 feet in length, perhaps about 40 inches in width with a covering consisting of used plywood materials, open and ramped at both ends. We would oftentimes swat in there after spending several hours catching spiders & mice & snakes Etc. To show them off to each other in the glass jars that we kept such treasures in. The biggest & ugliest was considered the "catch of the day" & won the accolades of the rest of us. This "fort" was located at the edge of a very large expanse of tall weeds interspersed with various shrubbery & smallish trees. The perfect local for a group of young boys to hunt down all manner of big & ugly creatures. On one such excursion, after we had showed each other the days prime catches and where just about to leave to go back to our homes, something inexplicable happened that we could not explain. I remember getting back out of the fort and seeing one of my friends just ahead of me get very excited about something and pointing behind me. ( I forgot his words ). When I turned and looked I saw three disk shaped silvery UFOs close to us and only about 50 feet off the ground. I think they where approaching at the time but not sure about that. My siting only lasted a brief second, then it was dark night. – That’s it. I remember nothing else at all. I do not recall seeing any alien creatures or of being examined or in contact in any way with any occupant of those disks. Absolutely nothing. Just that we all where very late getting back to our homes. And that our respective parents only got angrier with us when we told them what we saw & that we couldn’t explain why we where out so late. My most vivid recollection is not of those disks, but of not being believed when I told the truth. This saga almost ends here but there is one more thing of interest. Only about 4 or 5 of my friends where actually with me when this happened. But a large number of others in my age group (virtually everybody we knew) heard about what happened and went out to that field to walk around in and examine three large swirl imprints left in the weeds right next to our fort. But no adult would bother to come out there and see for themselves. I believe they unanimously gave the same response – that it’s all a bunch of nonsense & to stop bothering them. The swirls faded in perhaps a week or so and after that we didn’t even have anything to show anybody. We where left without any proof and our credibility as far as adults where concerned was absolutely nil. Over time this whole incident simply faded from memory as we grew older. For my part I know that I had absolutely forgotten about it until 40 some years later when I tried to recall if I had ever had any UFO thing happen to me. I suspected that I might have, but I just couldn’t remember ever having such a thing happen. Until the recollection of that one night so very many years ago was realized. As to why I suspected that something "out of the ordinary" must have happened. I’ll let the facts speak for themselves. In 1966 "out of the clear blue" an animated vision of a rotating electrical mechanism appeared crystal clear one morning when I woke up. I seemed to know how it worked and how to go about making a model of this thing. I "knew" that its purpose was to create propulsion via electrical means. I could easily see it as it moved or thrusted forward. And the strange thing (as if this whole aberration wasn’t strange enough), was that it was both round and domed-topped. When I started taking notes and asking my friends about this mechanism I remember jokingly referring to it as my "flying saucer". Soon, within a matter of months I started to construct this contraption. That first prototype incorporated four door hinges attached to four downward extending arm members. I scavenged a commutator and brush assembly from several car starter motors and welded one onto the main rotating shaft to supply the electricity that the eight attracting electromagnets needed. By soldering my wires onto the commutators lead wires and using tape to insulate the commutator except for a small area where I wanted the brushes to contact, I was able to set the electromagnets activation timing. I set them whereby they activated in a two by two sequence. Two would be active for a brief second, and 180 degrees later, the other two would activate. And so on. That first prototype used direct current fed to the commutator from a 12 volt motorcycle battery. The electromagnet coils where hand wound 20 Ga. Enameled wire. I forget how long each wire was. That assemblage was mounted upon a rectangular wooden frame that also supported the 1750 RPM ¼ HP electric motor geared at a one to two ratio that provided the motive power to turn the shaft. (Big pulley-little pulley). That simplistic, crude contraption took me several months to complete. Now remember, I wasn’t sure just what it would do when I turned it on. I had never done anything like this before. But I had to find out whether or not this thing would work. With the battery & electric motor & wood frame it weighed about 56 pounds. I didn’t think of putting it on a scale. That thought came later. At any rate, I now had this thing and was ready to try it out. At this same time I was dating a young lady who is now my ex-wife. She knew I was engrossed in some goofy thing that I insisted I finish. When I did finish, she and a girl friend of hers where there to see what would happen. The three of us where in my garage awaiting this first attempt at electrical propulsion. The rear door of the garage was open about three feet off the ground. The prototype rested about in the center of the garage floor. I first started the electric motor to get the assemblage rotating. It looked good, the balance was near perfect, it did not vibrate or shake very much at all. Then I switched on the electromagnets. What happened then is a little difficult to recall in detail. At that very second that I turned the devices magnets on a friend of mine who lived right across the alley opened the garage door because he heard us talking in there. At exactly that instant the prototype started jumping/hoping/skittering along the garage floor directly toward my friend who had just opened the garage door. I was expecting this device to thrust upward, not laterally, and had made no provisions for such a maneuver. It came as a surprise to see it moving along the ground. Rather rapidly too. It wasn’t until later that I realized that the weight distribution was far from balanced. At any rate, my friend who had just opened the garage door first started backing away. But this clicking, rattling, spinning contraption started gaining on him. He turned and ran across the alley next to some garbage cans. But true to form, my mechanism made a beeline straight at him. By now at almost running speed. My friend jumped up on the garbage cans just as my new invention crashed into that can directly under him. I do not recall his words. Only that he was very agitated and vocal about expressing his opinion about what had just happened. My fiancée and her girlfriend could hardly hold themselves upright from laughing so hard at my friends misfortune. For my part I retained a much more somber attitude. I knew I had to rebuild my invention almost from scratch. The arms where bent beyond repair and the commutator/brush assembly had melted from the arcing heat. The hand wound coils had also overheated and their thin enamel insulation was destroyed. I knew I would have to rebuild almost the entire model. Rebuilding took about three months. This second prototype relied on 110 V AC current instead of the 12 V. high amperage current that the prior model employed. The magnetically attracting coils where salvaged washing machine water feed actuator valves. The bulkier portion of these coils was attached onto the rotating shaft. The moveable extension was attached onto the tangentially mounted hinged arms. The implosion gap was ¼ of an inch. The biggest variation from the prior model was that it employed only a single commutator and a spring loaded grounding strap. Electromagnet activation was controlled by arm mounted micro switches, one per each of the four arms that activated automatically when the arm moved ¼ inch upward. I tested this model without anyone else nearby. It was tested on a "teeter-totter" type of scale that was equally weight balanced on the opposite end. An inverted fish scale was anchored at the end that the prototype was placed. I wasn’t going to give it a chance to hop & jump all over the place this time. It was going to stay put. This model weighed about 58 pounds. When rotated by the same 1750 RPM electric motor at the same 2 to 1 ratio it created a jagged 3 pounds of thrust. I say jagged because the scale indicator moved very rapidly between 1 and about 6 pounds. When the scale was disconnected the end of the teeter-totter that the prototype was placed did move upward. But shook so much that I only ran in that upward position for only a brief time. I did not want to damage this one. I was elated – I now had the proof needed to verify the theory of operation. This was still 1967. But, this prototype did not yet employ all of the parts I saw in my morning visions that it ought to have. The arm outboard minor electromagnets where still not developed. But now that my enthusiasm was going full blast I didn’t care how hard it would be to include those additions onto it. That rebuilding process required yet another 6 months. During which time I had married my fiancée. Suddenly time was at a premium. I now had to "make time" to work on this thing. That’s why it took so long. The minor outboard electromagnets where to be activated (implode) reciprocally in relation to the main "lifting" electromagnets. That operand would augment the thrust created by each arm. In that the outboard magnets function would guarantee that the arm member would be "in motion", moving upward, at the instant that the main lifting magnets imploded downwards. Thus harnessing the arms inertial upward movement in addition to the centrifugal stiffness imparted. This also allowed for a significant increase in the operational RPM that this device could operate at. The higher the RPM, the greater the thrust. Now the arm members could be activated much more often per time period then otherwise. This prototype created roughly 9 pounds of thrust, it weighed 59 pounds static. BUT, do not forget that there is NO WEIGHT in space. In space, this contraption would proceed to move right along – electrically – not losing any of its mass as it does so. Compare those characteristics to those of a rocket where you start off with a 1000 times the mass of the end product that ends up in space. I knew I was onto something very significant. I had to stop and think about what to do next. First and foremost – I must not reveal any of this information until it was guaranteed that I received the credit for this discovery. At that time I wanted that more then anything else. So what does one do to solve such a problem? – He goes to the Patent Office and applies for Patent rights. So that’s what I did. My Patent Application was filed in 1969 & Patent was granted in 1971. Now you might think that everything anybody on Earth could ever want was mine for the asking. But I did not think like that. During the interval between applying for Patent and actually getting that Patent I had a great many sobering thoughts to ponder over concerning what I had discovered. Number one on the list was that I knew that the military would suppress knowledge of this discovery as soon as they got wind of it. That would lead to its use by the military for purposes that I did not condone and wanted nothing to do with. My device was not going to be used for the propagation of nuclear weaponry if I had anything to do with it. I hate and fear those damn things with a passion. So much so that my military career in the Air Force was cut short because I was discharged prematurely because of a nervous breakdown I sustained while watching our B-52s take off loaded with A-bombs during the Cuban missile crises of 1962. I was stationed at Shepherd AFB in Texas at that time. My service record is in the public domain & may be examined by anyone. My serial number was 16,741,184 for any of you who doubt that this really happened. The very thought that my innovations would cause another such crisis absolutely forbade any disclosure of them to anyone. The thought that the Soviets would have no choice except to capitulate or retaliate against us ASAP upon being notified that the U.S. had a delivery system propelled by a means equally effective underwater or in the air, or in space. The realization that every single rocket they possessed would not only be intercepted, but that retaliation was certain to overwhelm them unless they immediately countered that threat. Therefore, as I visualized it, one single security leak on our part would result in the Soviets realizing their only options would be to either surrender the arms race or attack the U.S. ASAP. I’ll say right now, you think very carefully and with as much intensity as is humanly possible when thoughts like these are being considered. Instead of being elated as I first thought I would be. I became very morose and disheartened about the whole mess I found myself in. If I disclosed, I would get a lot of money, I was sure of that. But now I felt like those creators of the A Bomb. They gave that device every bit of their efforts and expertise and what was the result? Now the whole of civilization could be eliminated in one day. And my device would force that day upon us via ultimatum to one of the superpowers that it had lost the arms race. Needless to say, I was at a loss as to what to do. If I tried indiscreet disclosure and misjudged the character of whomever I disclosed to – It would be a worse mess then if I didn’t say anything. The thought that the Soviets would develop this device rather then us absolutely forbade any disclosure to anybody. During this period of time I was at a loss to figure out what to do with my innovation. It could mean so very much to so many people that I didn’t want to abandon hope of ever promoting it. But on the other hand, with the Vietnam "conflict" going on full swing and the communist nations already very mad at us over that. I just couldn’t take the chance of it falling into their hands. Right then I was the only person I knew of that faced such a problem. After several years of trying to figure out what to do I decided on this. I am a Christian and I believe in the sacrifice of Jesus upon the cross as my salvation. He is God and He should know what to do with this matter. So my "final solution" was to give this innovation to a true Bible Believing Church. I sold it to Fairhaven Baptist Church in Chesterton, Indiana for $1.00. Now it was in God’s hands, if He wanted us to have this device then let Him let it be known. It was out of my hands, & good riddance to all that worrying. Now I could get back to a normal, everyday life. Or so I thought. I had forgotten about how the idea of that first device came to me in the first place. I was about to be reminded. No sooner had I finally rid myself of all those dire worries then other similar such devices became visional and understood on many mornings when I woke up. I got into the habit of keeping a notebook and pen handy right by my bedside to record these innovative ideas when they where most vivid. To this day I still have a notebook & pen right next to my bed. The next idea to come along was a variation of the British Patent #770,555. A similar propulsion creating device to my own. But not quite perfected. It’s created thrust is on the perpendicular plane in relation to the axis of rotation. Whereas my patented device thrusts in the parallel plane in relation to that axis. One can very easily determine that these two devices when employed in the same mechanism substantially augment that mechanisms capabilities. What I visioned was the perfected version of the British lateral-thrusting device. Although only a bit different in construction then the original British idea. It is a thousand times more efficient. I know because I built both the British and the perfected versions of this device. The first was exactly like the British invention, to see for myself just what it was about it that made me think it reduced efficiency so much. It didn’t take long to understand why it didn’t work very good. That was apparent right away. The photographed round prototype is what I modified the British invention into. The similarities are readily apparent. But it does NOT function in the same way. Figures T2-1 and T2-2 explain how such a device ought to work. The British patented device implodes the "flyweights" as they rotate about the central axis. They do both maneuvers at once – rotate about & move toward the axis in a single motion. My visualized devices flyweights moved toward the axis of rotation but not around the axis of rotation. A very, very, important modification. Because now the implosive forces between the mechanisms mass is pitted against 100% of the centrifugal force imparted upon the flyweight (s). Instead of the rotational motion dispersing the centrifugal force over the arc of motion traveled by the flyweight (s) during the implosive event, that arc was reduced to a straight line beginning at the axis of rotation & extending toward the direction thrust was manifesting. If this explanation is a bit complicated, let me put it this way. Lets say that you have tied a weight onto a length of rope. You start spinning around, holding the end of the rope so that the weight rotates around you. First: take note that the force required to hold onto that rope while spinning is greater then the actual weight of the rotating weight when that weight is at rest (not rotating around you). Now, note that if you pull on that rope to cause the rotating weight to come closer to you that it will do so without much effort. (That’s what the British invention does). BUT, if you pull very rapidly on that rope at an angle, into the direction of rotation, and into yourself at the same time, that rope suddenly becomes very hard to pull. Do you know why that is? It’s because pulling in that manner requires you to pull against the FULL force holding that rotating weight away from you. You did not disperse that force as you did when you pulled it closer to you while it was rotating about you. Big difference in result for so little a change in maneuver. But that’s what I did. I built my prototype to pull that weight inward, and into rotation at the same time. And it worked. It moved right along exactly where the thrust was vectored. When configured as the British invention depicted, it did not move along the ground. But I did verify that the British device does produce a thrust by suspending that prototype on an overhead cable. Its thrust was so weak that running it in that manner was the only way I could verify that it had produced any thrust at all. So there I was again, I had yet another device to contend with. I recorded it at the Patent Office in the mid ‘80s but that’s as far as I went. For the same reason, I was absolutely NOT going to provide anybody with this perfect means of transporting those damned nuclear weapons. The memory of watching B-52 bombers taking off from Shepherd AFB with that black soot shooting out of the back of them in 1962 has haunted me to this day. My reaction at that sight was so extreme that it caused the Air Force to discharge me for "extreme nervousness" in late ’62. I still feel that same way and I’ll be damned before I help them do a better job of sending those bombs out. So again, I kept my mouth shut. But those morning "ideas" just kept right on coming in. Another device, similar to the last one I explained appeared next. It functioned much like the round prototype I had built did. Except this version wasn’t exactly round. It spun around, but its configuration consisted of several straight extensions emanating outward from a central mounting structure. The extensions contained the implosive electromagnets and where hinge-attached onto the central rotating structure. I built that one also. Its thrust pulses are of a longer duration then the previous model. Meaning that it develops greater thrust per mechanism bulk but that it also has a drawback. I could not change the thrust vector instantly with this version like I could with the previous model. Its thrust was greater, but its maneuverability was less. That prototype is explained in Figs. T2FLEX-1 and T2FLEX-2, a photograph of the prototype is also included. But those morning "ideas" just kept on coming. I am not going to go into any of the other devices I have discovered in this manner because I have not built them yet. The majority of them I am simply unable to build with the resources at hand anyway. One however, I think I have a chance of building and I am attempting to do so at this time. I’m not referring to propulsion creating devices here. I am referring to several motive energy creating devices and to one momentary particle creating device. Remember very early in this narrative I referred to a series of coincidences? Now your starting to get a picture of what I meant. This is just plain to many coincidences to have happened naturally. Something, somewhere along the line must have happened to me. That’s when I recalled that one single very brief sighting I had when I was a child playing in that weedfield. The one where we kids walked in those swirls and joked about how we must have "scared them off". The one time where no adult would even consider believing us kids. That has to be it. I can think of no other such episode ever happening in my life. When I tried to "test" this "early morning ideas might be from aliens theory" and I thought hard about it when I went to sleep one night. I woke up with this on my mind. Good thing I had that pen & paper handy. I had never considered until that morning that I was an abductee. The thought is revolting. The thoughts I get when thinking about an abduction is to grab those little squirts by their necks and squeezing. Or at the very least swinging as hard as I could at their already flattened noses. But the thoughts I got that morning lead me to believe that a much more gracious strategy is called for. Here’s what came. – Advanced societies do not send their young to schools. They employ tutors for reiteration purposes only. The bulk of their knowledge is transferred via a process of cloning and growing cerebral material obtained from their most intelligent members. This material is then injected into the brain cavities of their young where it assimilates and grows with the brain. Thus the knowledge of one can be had by many. It is that process that they are trying to perform on us humans. The glitch is that a close DNA match is required for it to work. This is also how they know so much about us and how they know our languages. In addition to this primary usage of this methodology, it is also used to completely eliminate criminal acts. Nobody can get away with anything because periodic tests are required of all members of society. That’s it. That’s what came to me that morning. I will add that it came as a surprise, I did not expect this answer. Make of it whatever you will. No proof will be available until formal contact with such an advanced society is made. The graphics placed near to this narrative are self-explanatory, the parts are listed and explained on each graphic. I’m putting this information into the public domain because that’s where it belongs. I’m just the conduit, you’re the people who will actually get things done. Study and learn, and lets start doing things right from now on, OK?
